At SedekahSG, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, our 14-day return policy is here to assist you. Please note that certain items, such as digital products or personalized gifts, may be exempt from standard returns.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

    Verification and Approval

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if the item meets our eligibility criteria.

  • 3.
    Package Your Item

    Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the parcel.

  • 4.
    Ship and Receive Refund

    Send the package to our designated return center; once inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch the replacement item within 7-10 business days.
